Tatiana Hackman joined ABST Law in January 2024 as an associate attorney.
Tatiana was raised in Fargo, North Dakota. She earned a degree in Political Science from the University of North Dakota in 2016, graduating magna cum laude. Tatiana then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in May 2021. During law school, Tatiana was Editor in Chief of the North Dakota Law Review, a member of the Trial Team, competed in Moot Court, held the position of Teaching Assistant for the Lawyering Skills program, and served as Vice President of the Law Women’s Caucus. Tatiana externed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of North Dakota and was a summer associate at a Fargo law firm. Tatiana received numerous honors, awards, and scholarships recognizing her outstanding advocacy abilities, academic achievements, and student involvement. She was inducted into Order of the Barristers for her excellence in oral advocacy and Order of the Coif for graduating second in her class. Prior to joining ABST, Tatiana served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Jon J. Jensen of the North Dakota Supreme Court.
Tatiana is currently licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota state courts, and U.S. District Court in the District of North Dakota. Tatiana focuses her practice primarily on family law.
