Matthew T. Freier joined ABST Law in August of 2024 as an associate attorney. Matt was raised in Kindred, North Dakota. He earned a degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University in 2021 where he graduated magna cum laude. Matt then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, where he served as President of the Business Law Association and Treasurer of the Sports Law Student Association. He externed for the University of North Dakota Athletic Department and was a summer law clerk at ABST Law. Matt graduated cum laude and was near the top of his class.

Matt is currently licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. His practice primarily focuses on contract law, corporate law, landlord-tenant law and real estate. When Matt is out of the office he enjoys weekends at the lake and time with family and friends.
