Ann E. Miller is a Shareholder with ABST practicing in the areas of real estate, landlord/tenant law, commercial transactions, and corporate matters. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2004. After graduation, Ann worked for the Minnesota House of Representatives in St. Paul before attending law school at the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks. She received her Juris Doctor With Distinction in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Ann spent over three years in private practice as a Litigation Attorney in Fargo. Ann is licensed to practice law in state and federal district courts in Minnesota and North Dakota.
