Shaun McNamara is an associate attorney with ABST Law and focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation, commercial litigation, and landlord tenant law.
Shaun earned his bachelor’s degree in English with a writing emphasis from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the North Dakota School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Shaun competed as a member of the UND Law Trial Team, contributed as a member of the North Dakota Law Review, and worked as the legislative intern in the office of the Attorney General during the 66th Legislative Assembly. After passing the bar exam in 2019, Shaun fulfilled a two-year clerkship in North Dakota’s East Central Judicial District and worked as an associate at a Fargo law firm prior to joining ABST Law. Shaun is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota.
