David J. Hauff is a shareholder with ABST Law in Fargo, North Dakota, where he practices in the areas of business, commercial, and corporate law. He received his B.S. degree from Moorhead State University, with honors, and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law (J.D. 1984), cum laude. He is a former city prosecutor for the City of Moorhead, Minnesota, and former Assistant Professor and Director of the Legal Assistant Program at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota state and federal courts.
